They clean the room daily and change linen and towels. 10 minutes to and from the airport. Shuttle service on-time. Hotel a five minutes walk to the downtown miami bus. Close to many food outlets.

The area,it was close to everything and everywhere I needed to go. The room ac was leaking and the room started giving off a moldy smell and it started affect our health and when we told the guy on shift that evening about it and asked him if we could change rooms,he said the manager told him to give us our money back and we said we just want to change rooms we don't want the money back,he said he was told to give us our money back .we told him that in The Bahamas if something is wrong with one of our rooms we upgrade you to better room,not throw you out of the hotel like your money don't mean nothing to us.but the staff the next morning was helpful and switch us to a better room.

It’s a no smoking hotel however, the hallway smells of smoke. The bathroom was not the greatest the toilet was leaking and had a garbage can placed next to it to catch the water after use.

Great place! Our second time at this hotel. Very central, affordable, and clean. Not a luxury hotel, just a nice and clean place to sleep and keep rolling the next morning.

Spacious rooms and the staff were very attentive The check in process was too long. Next to main road, in the morning was not easy to go to restaurants across the road

The room had ants in it. A lot of them on the window sill. The room overall was clean but there was nooooo hot water!! No amenities nothing to see. Staff was pleasant for the most part.

I chat with Expedia telling them I had to leave early due to roaches and they email me stating that they are not refunding the last night due to they couldn’t reach someone at the hotel I send them video and pictures of the roaches and nothing
