Rooms were super clean. Beds were very comfy. We got a very nice deal on the price. The only drawback was the hallway carpet could use a cleaning or replacement.

Room was clean and comfortable… no controls for ac so it was very cold at times. Breakfast basic and monotonous. Pool was small but heated element a good plus. The bathroom was exquisite but the barn doors way too heavy and difficult to maneuver at times. On arrival on the 11 I called the designated number for the shuttle and the CSR did attempt to contact the shuttle with no success. I was given a separate number and did not get through. I used the Expedia chat to connect directly with the hotel and got no response to date. I was therefore forced to pay for a Lyft as my family was very tired. Overall an ok experience but customer service needs to be better.

This place was super cheap to stay at the night before our cruise. I will say there is a bit of a language barrier as I asked one of the kitchen staff for creamer for the free coffee they have and she said there was none - however, the kid at the desk gave me some. We stayed on a Thursday and there was lots of live Spanish music playing in the bar downstairs which travels right up the stairwell to our room - so that was annoying, considering we had to be up at 7am to start our trip. Otherwise, the free breakfast was a nice treat. Price was right. Parking is VERY tight, I honestly don’t know how the trucks do it bc those spaces are small! They also offer a $10 cruise shuttle per person. Nice little place, clean, our room and bathroom were nice, but the music and club banging until midnight on a weeknight are ridiculous. Go to sleep, nobody wants reggaeton playing when people have to be up.

From start to finish was a nightmare. They gave us keys for a room under maintenance. No apologies for the inconvenience. Dingy towels (filled with hair), bad bfast, unfriendly staff. Got charge $8.50 for 2 bottles of water. Self service laundry did not work, washer or dryer did not work properly. Pool was questionable and shower flooded the bath room floor. A/C kept shutting off during the night. Do not book here. Plenty other affordable airport hotels.
