Location and staff. Coffee machine was not working and asked multiple times for a replacement and it was never done

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and close to everything, making it very convenient to get to restaurants, shops, and other places of interest. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which is very important to me. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I felt very comfortable during my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
