Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Downtown/Brickell

Excellent value hotel, large clean rooms with fridge/freezer, basic kitchen supplies, comfortable beds. Very helpful staff and convenient location close to public transport and walkable to Brickell centre.

My children liked the drink refreshment throughout the day. The staff at the front desk and kitchen were lovely. The house keepers were very poor. They didn't clean or change towels for 3 days. We constantly have to ask for our room to be cleaned. They bashed into the room several times without knocking invading our privacy. Also safety was a concern for us. Anyone could walk into the hotel rooms with no checks.

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was not impressed with the breakfast - not much variety and the eggs were powdered eggs (ick). I also was not aware that I had to pay $30 per night for parking. That was an unexpected expense. Perhaps I didn't read the fine print but it was not mentioned when I booked. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return but next time I will use uber

The hotel room was clean, huge, and very comfortable; a welcome relief from a long car ride. The breakfast buffet was excellent in the morning as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel doesnt have a traditional "walk in the lobby" entrance, you enter through a parking garage. Should be communicated ahead of time.

Disappointing

Breakfast options were not to my liking, but yhis was fine since I at least got a good cup of coffee each morning. Pillows were kinda flat when you lay on them and were not very comfortable but the bed made up for it.

Valet parking was super convenient with friendly service. Text them before you leave your room and your car is waiting for you.
