Tru by Hylton is the perfect location to Bayside/Bayfront. The property is clean and especially liked the breakfast. Ms Mili was most attentive in refilling supplies.

We only spent one night but everything was fantastic. Would return in the future.

Staff needs to train how to handle the priorities. Hotel needs have a person who can authorize take action on the floor when customers concern arise other than wait until Monday. In my case I’m only using for a night.

I had a great stay at Tru Hotel! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. We stayed here to enjoy a day in Miami before our cruise, and it was a great choice. I would definitely recommend Tru Hotel and would stay here again on future visits.

Room was clean. Not a fan of the soap dispensers (housekeepers have to clean the squeeze bottles between stays). Breakfast was so-so. Would stay again but would plan for breakfast out.
