Yotel Miami

It was a great location for next day Cruise Embarkation! Super clean, destination elevators, super “hip”, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional! I loved my short stay!

I enjoyed this property so much. The location was great for walking around. The breakfast off of the menu was delicious. I loved the openness of the rooms(not ideal for families). I will be back.

The only thing I’d say is that one of the people we encountered at the front desk was a bit… rude/unbothered? Did not smile ONCE. Did not even acknowledge us when we arrived - we thought they were busy and then noticed they helped people that went through their side. One of the other staff was very apologetic. They would not let my husband back in the building and asked him to figure out a way for me to get him the key (I was in the room with the baby sleeping). Overall, not the vibe you expect in hospitality. Other people were friendly, though, so I’m surprised they haven’t picked up on that yet… maybe this person is overworked, lol. Anyway, we hope to be back! BEWARE: There is NO parking or valet on site. You have to park somewhere else. We used SpotHero to reserve a parking space nearby and it was $40/night.

The only good thing was the guy that make the drinks the bartender he was lovely been making drinks for over 30 years.

Stains on the beds and carpets and couch it looked like blood. A lot of homeless people nearby, and hoodlums hanging out front.

We booked this hotel because they offered a shuttle to the cruise port and that was not honored…

It’s worth the price but the property needs more supervision on cleaning , carpets are dirty and it’s fine detail that can make a difference . Staff is super

The stay was fine as far as the room, location, + price. The che k in staff was amazingly friendly + quick....My gripe is do not offer a welcome drink that is only for one type of beer; the needs to be a non alcoholic option. In addition, do not give a 20% off couple and then charge a 20% surcharge in your restaurant.

The breakfast buffet was extremely expensive considering the poor quality and limited selection. On top of that, the rooms were very noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Very nice hotel, easy check in

I needed a one night stay before my cruise and this was a great spot. A mile from the cruise port. Restaurant and bar inside. Pool and hot tub. Staff called me a taxi when needed. Great place to stay.

The stay was nice. The photos of the room are a little deceiving it’s a lot smaller than expected. Overall it was a good, clean stay!!

Staff was great. Loved the conditioner for my curls. Room size was good. Lights were a bit confusing but still cool. I would stay here again. They make a great latte as well and have a nice gym and lounge area.
