Very friendly and helpful staff

There is no curb cut at the entrace and luggage cannot be rolled onto the sidewalk. The shower floor is more slippery than an ice rink and the grab bar is in the wrong place to be useful. The kitchen area is nicely equipped but there is no table and chairs to eat. The bedroom needs a ceiling light that can be turned on with a wall switch. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were good.

Cleanest most updated hotel we've stayed in by Madison.

Our room was very clean and well kept. I would have liked a couple of glasses orcups in the bathroom for brushing your teeth. I did have to ask for an extra blanket because there were no extra in the room. Overall very nice and clean hotel.

The staff members were very friendly and the kitchen would be very helpful if you have a longer stay. Sofa bed not a bed - it was a fold-out bed platform with no actual mattress on it. The regular bed mattress was so soft you sag into it. The large closet smelled like mold so we keep it closed. The air conditioner was very noisy, and our room was on the side of the building facing the highway, so that was noisy, too.

Great palce. Very clean. Ubered to Monk's 1 mile away great food. hotel very quiet, easy acess on/off. Filled up at Costo next to hotel.

Drawbacks - shower did not have body wash, only shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was really poor - basic waffles, sausage, oatmeal packets, fruit, and really bad eggs. Didn’t even have decaf coffee. Would stay again for the convenience, fitness center, and nice room, but would make other plans for breakfast.

Great location with great amenities and staff.

When we arrived at the property, we were very impressed with how clean everything is. Staff was very helpful and served us welder during our five nights day. The breakfast was very good in the morning and our grandkids use the pool. The location is great and very convenient to get around town.

The rooms were like mini apartments. Top notch, brand new and well maintained. Kids enjoyed a dip in the pool as well. Staff could not have been lovelier! Breakfast was included and my whole family enjoyed it each day. Will be recommending it to friends and family. Thank you for such a great experience!

Our golf team stayed there and enjoyed the location and the hotel and its amenities. The only thing they mentioned was that not all showers had doors or a curtain. They overall very much enjoyed it however.
