We really enjoyed our stay at the Pell. Everything was clean. Staff was very helpful and kind. We didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant but it looked gorgeous. We will definitely be returning

TV casting didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it. They promised a crib but ran out so I had to sleep on the floor. They comped the movie and parking for this but I really think they should have comped more

On the upside, they did refund us and paid for our other room, but it was a very bad start to a vacation. I recommend calling beforehand to check-particularly if you booked through an internet hotel service.- tho on a confirmed rez you shouldn't have to.

Everything is perfect here, loved our stay.

The staff especially Radu were so helpful. The facility was newly renovated and you could tell the workers took pride in the renovation as we spoke to the chief engineer. The common spaces were bright and airy and a very overall pleasant and affordable stay for the area. Loved everything.

Nice and clean rooms. Beds were soft and comfortable. Pool was nice. No elevators so keep that in mind. Would definitely stay here again.

I have now stayed at the Pell 4 times. The guys at the front desk are great and accommodating. The bar is inviting and chic, the rooms are clean, the lobby is clean, bright and comfortable. We will be back. Thanks
