Good Price/Quality Hotel.
-
Very affordable and convenient place to stay when visiting Newport! Quick uber to downtown, shops close by, and Newport polo events are down the street as well.

Beds were comfortable

Breakfast could be better, more variety. The room was good and airconditioning. The staff in the morning/at the desk were professional and good. Second shift was not. This is the second time myself and my family stay at Days Inn. I think next time we will stay at another hotel. When you pay that much money for a room, you should have no issues.

Thought the breakfast was not soo good. Not enough selections .Long wait for waffle machine and toaster. Other places do nicer job in our travels. i know I don't go there for the breakfast but if you do it, do it well.
-
room, shower, bathroom and front desk staff breakfast, menu offered was not what was written about in hand book

Vending machines are broken

The staff member at the front desk was informative and welcoming. Our room was very well designed, making it easy to organize my belongings. The counter space and lighting in the bathroom was excellent. Only a 10 min ride to downtown Newport at a much more affordable price.

The pool is kind of in the parking lot and it’s on a very busy strip.

A decent place to spend a night or two when attending the Newport Jazz festival. Very basic.
-
Quiet; excellent staff.

I did not stay for breakfast. Parking was a breeze. Everything was clean and orderly, and the person at the front desk was very friendly

The room was fine, not great. The pillows were super small and lumpy. They never refreshed our coffee even though we were there for 5 days. The makeup remover towels were in a sealed package but clearly old - there was yellowing on the cloth and it smelled horrible. They never emptied the dehumidifier, leaving us to do it because it was filling up daily. The breakfast lacked, generally, and the coffee they offered there was atrocious.

Some of the updates were not done too well but the services were very good.

Towels we’re stingy, basically no amenities sit conditioner very quirky but clean.
