The East Island Reserve Hotel

Gorgeous, super clean. AC made the room really cold and comfortable for our arrival. Staff is friendly.

The room and stay was amazing, super cozy with easy parking and plenty of space. My only issue was that there was a lot of sound coming from the room above (not their fault, it was just annoying) so maybe don't stay in the lodge if you think that would be annoying.

Cabin was so clean and had everything we needed. First time there and loved it! Usually stay elsewhere, but this will be my go to from now on. My only suggestion would be…instead of the text on check out morning about what you need guest to do before leaving. I think you should include it on the info that’s left on the kitchen counter. I didn’t read the text until after I left. Unfortunately, I didn’t take the trash out. I most certainly would have if I had seen it. I felt so bad about that. My apologies to the staff. Loved how well kept the property is and the cottages have all the comforts of home needed. Great location for us traveling either our dog.

Great place to stay. Clean and private. The grounds are beautiful. no contact checkin/out but super nice support staff before my stay when requesting early check in. Great location of the tourist route. Would stay again!

Todo estuvo muy bien , estuvimos dos dias , todo limpio, cocina con vasijas y platos, vasos todo completo, los jardines muy bonitos ubicación perfecta todo muy silencio para descansar estacionamiento enfrente de tu lugar de estancia, cama muy confortable , excelente lugar 100% recomendable la estancia.

From the moment we walked in the door, we had a great experience. The place is kept spotless. It’s nice and quiet at night and conveniently located. About a 15 minute drive from Newport. So, just close enough and far enough from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend.

Great hidden gem will be my new go to. Short ride or Uber to downtown Newport or the beaches. Much cleaner and larger than most accommodations on near Thames’s heated saltwater pool was a big hit with the kids

Finding our room was very difficult and took half an hour. The parking is too far away, and lugging suitcases up the stairs was frustrating. Better signs are needed

Loved this place. Great small 'townhouse' like rooms. Nice pool. Good location next to a lovely winery + nature preserve and dog friendly!

Unit was clean. Love the access code to check in, no need to check in in person! Would stay again!

The tv and internet did not work in the room. Also it was difficult to unlock the door to enter the room.
