I am not sure if theme of hotel is vintage or facilities are not upgraded especially in bathroom, but nothing major to complain about

It was very close to Milan‘s train station so when we had our trip interrupted, we could easily walk there! The customer service was great also. I liked everything.

Vintage style/vibe. Location. Slippers in the room. The room was quite small. The breakfast did not have so many healthy options. The room had places that were dirty, particularly in the bathroom. The shower was not working properly; I had to wait 2-3 minutes to get hot water every time.

I was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The hotel has a grand feeling that makes you feel special. Every member of the staff that I met was so friendly and helpful. This was a great place to start my Italian adventure & I will be staying here anytime I am in Milan

The location of the property is perfect near Stazione Centrale. Few mins walk only and there supermarkets and coffeeshops nearby. Staff were al friendly Rooms need to be renovated

I like comfort ., and .politeness of personnel I was told the cafee was complimentary by one person ..and another person of reception charged me for it.

Location is Excellent Decent staff Clean Small Room (single twin bed) Small bed Hot water takes like 5-7 minutes "literally" to get to the water, sadly I wasted a lot of water to be able to shower, insane. Noise from the corridors (Poor Door Insulation) Elevator Noise (My room was near the elevator 607), its movement and door opening/closing noise was so loud. Exhaust int the bathroom is through a duct with high suction rate that it is causing noise, can't stop it, Lack of power Sockets, only one near the be, the one in the corridor doesn't match any standard, maybe it some kind of service socket for the hotel only. No key card, it is a normal key, and they attach it in a big heavy medal so you would normally keep int he reception when going out, accordingly you need to make a stop to pick it up, not an effort much as someone is always in the reception desk, takes a few seconds. Rate was High compared to the hotel level, but I guess it was high season (Salone Del Mobile Milano period).

Great location near two metro lines and the main train station (Milano Centrale). The walk from Centrale is flat and takes five minutes. No complaints.
