Location by train station. Breakfast was satisfactory. Housekeeping didn’t replace certain items like disposable cups each day. Also no Kleenex in the rooms.

Great staff, super clean and modern

Perfect location, comfy and enough space rooms for two, four might be a stretch. Very kind stafff. Beds could be more comfortable for the price, but still good enough. It is very clean, but the bathroom doesn't have enough soap (just ask the staff for more). Bathroom could be cleaned better

The shower door doesn’t close properly and lets the water out.

The hotel is nice, water is good and the pressure and the hot water. It is clean. I did not find and issue with the hotel. The Wi-Fi was slow sometimes and I think they used repeaters. But that is all.

Front desk staff were very helpful! Appreciated that they were fluent in English. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t that great. Would have appreciated coffee in the room and an upgraded tv.

2nd time iam in this hotel and it was great again the room clean the service outstanding and it close to train station and metro station which was easy to go anywhere inside milan and outside of it

was a regular hotel nothing extra I booked this hotel for 2 nights, and from the very first night I reported that the air conditioning in my room was not working properly. Nothing was done. When I came back later that evening, the room was still extremely hot, even though outside temperatures were around 35°C (95°F). I called the front desk multiple times throughout the night. I was told they controlled the AC system remotely and that they would “fix it.” Hours passed and nothing changed. Around midnight, after my FOURTH call, I was finally told there was nobody available to repair the AC and no rooms available to switch me to. I had booked two rooms for my family, and the heat in my room was unbearable, so I ended up sleeping in my mother’s room because my own room was impossible to stay in. What made the situation even worse was the dishonest response afterward. When I complained, the hotel falsely claimed that: I was offered a room upgrade (I was not) The AC had been repaired (it absolutely had not) They provided compensation (allowing me to drink the complimentary water already inside the minibar is NOT compensation) They even gave a completely false version of events to the booking company when I escalated the issue. So if you are sensitive to heat, expect basic customer service, or simply want a hotel that will not lie to cover up problems, I strongly recommend staying literally anywhere else on the same street or even across the road. That is exactly what I did on the second night after they once again claimed the AC had been fixed and the room was still hot. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

Location was great! It was clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
