The hotel is located just across the street from Milan Centralle Station and only few steps from metro station access, making it very convenient. Our room is very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent with various choices of quality food. Staff are really friendly and helpful, particularly Jezza and her colleague at the breakfast line. There is only one English TV channel available in our room.

Elisa attempted to help my son who missed his flight into Milan and had luggage issues prior to his connecting flight to the USA the next morning. She went above and beyond what would ever be expected for a client/ stranger/ friend. Would recommend this hotel again and again! Thank you so much for hiring wonderful caring employees. Nothing! It was excellent.

The hotel is great and is near the metro/train station. Staff are efficient. I would like to recognize Ms Jezza at the dining area who is very courteous, friendly and accommodating. She knows what she is doing to satisfy the needs of customers. Our room is a little bit cramped for 4 persons. We should have opted for 2 rooms instead of single room

Location is very convenient. Front office staff always ready to help and welcoming atmosphere during our stay. John Abad(front office Manager) was always on a lookout for customers in the lobby if they need help. One time while I was waiting for my wife at the lobby, he check on how our stay so far. I needed some small bill change and he gladly help. none

First off, the STAFF were amazing upon arrival. So kind. Room was clean and cool. Bathroom was very well laid out and roomy (we'd had a very hot day traveling). We were entitled to a welcome drink, which was a nice surprise. And nearby restaurants were all highly rated and friendly. Location next to train station is AWESOME... you don't have to hike a mile with your bags to get there (4 minutes) Having to leave so soon? I had no negatives about this hotel. Being so near the train station, I was worried about safety, and I didn't feel ANY of that concern upon arrival.

The very first moments, Ally and Dario greeted us with such kindness from across the counter. Definitively the customer service is one of the strong suits of the hotel. The room was sparkling clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was varied and included gluten free options. Overall a wonderful experience.

Location is excellent it is just 5 min walk from Milan Central train station. Staff is very cooperative and supportive. Breakfast is good and you can take into your room. Nothing so say I don't like in this hotel

Great location near Centrale Station. Solid room value and staff were helpful. The steps inside the front entrance aren’t nice, but they have a lift.

Perfect location, near the Milano Céntrale. Fantastic room, with bathtub. Friendly and supportive staff. The air conditioning system was a bit noisy
