My room was a perfect size for 1 person. It was clean, modern, the air con worked very well (it was very hot in Italy at the time). It was only a short walk to Milan Centrale Station, which was the reason I booked it, as I needed to get the train the following morning, and the staff member on the front desk was very friendly. This was a really beautiful hotel and it exceeded my expectations to be honest. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing

I appreciated that the staff were friendly, kind and professional. I also appreciated that the room was very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was brightly lit. The air conditioning was just right, and I slept very well. Also, it was great to be able to store my bags on the last morning there, so that I could explore the city a bit more without my luggage, before heading to the train station.

Convenient location near Central train station Friendly, helpful staff Great shower Clean linens and bathroom Extra pillows were available Two balconies! Breakfast was enjoyed by the one in our party who partook. Nice decor Beds were narrow, especially for the one in our party nearly 2 meters tall. Air con temp was not adjustable

The room was small but cozy, amazing shower and toilet in general. The breakfast was pretty good, though a bit expensive. Great position, 5 minutes from the central train station and almost right in front of the metro station. Breakfast could be a bit less expensive, for what it's offered. Rooms are not entirely sound proof, which is not the best if you get loud neighbours or kids running around.
