the location is right next to Milano centrale you get there from anywhere in Europe. but also just few steps away you get the metro to anywhere in milan.. the street is very quite and the staff is very kind and receptive. loved my stay. cant fault this one, we just had a good stay.

We had 4 rooms and one of them had troubles with the AC and another one had a very lazy refrigerator. It wasn't a deal breaker at all, but I thin it worth to mention ...

Отель в шаговой доступности от центрального вокзала, что было оочень удобно, не нужно идти уставшей далеко. Сама комната чистая, уютная, внутри большой шкаф, стол, чайник, чай и кофе. Один минус - это расположение кондиционера. Он расположен напротив кровати и поток холодного воздуха попадал прям на нее, что было не очень удобно.

The mattress was not comfortable, too hard and they put the bed underneath the counter so I almost hit my head

Recently remideled room (although depending on the floors, some have not been renovated). Elevator is outdated.
