This hotel exceeded our expectations for a 3-star hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and came with thoughtful amenities such as a kettle, slippers, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was very good, with a wider selection than other hotels we stayed at during our trip. We also enjoyed having breakfast in the beautiful open-air restaurant. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk from Milano Centrale station, making it very convenient for exploring the city and traveling around. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Nothing

Very close to the train station, very clean and cozy rooms and the staff are welcoming and friendly. There‘s even lockers where you can leave your luggage on the last day for example. Nothing actually, it‘s a great place to stay in Milano, especially if traveling by train.

Very good location, clean room and nice staff We couldn’t turn off the AC, and the room could have more outlets. Plus there was no place to hang the towel to wash our hands.

Staff was helpful, let us early checkin for a few hours Rooms were tiny.not eve able to open our luggages properly. No AC in aisles and elevator was very very small.

Right next to the central station, which was great for a night before an early travel morning. Staff was super nice! The bed was comfortable. It feels quite dated. The A/C wasn't good and the bed, besides comfortable, was supposed to be one queen but was actually two singles pushed together.

The hotel was located close to milan central station. Nice location with good restaurant outside. The general cleanliness in the room . The sheets were re used at check in . Had stains on them . Not changed the second night also , even after letting the front desk staff know about it. The Housekeeping needs to get their act right . Some basic supervision before releasing the rooms would be great

Everything about this hotel is beautiful the rooms are so clean and comfortable the workers are so nice and helpful,the most important thing is easy to access the public transport and it at the center of Milan

There was no AC. The room was extremely hot. When we complained we were told it was fixed. But it was never fixed. Thankfully we only needed to stay here 1 night.
