The room is comfortable and clean and the staff is very friendly. Location is superb close to the station The spa facilities cost extra to enter, so that’s not great

The staff werw very friendly. Comfortable room and bed. Great breakfast. We enjoyed the wellness centre both nights. The Skygarden was great for a special experience too It would be handy to have a kettle in the room for other hot drinks (not just coffee)

Excellent location, terrific staff, excellent breakfast, cleaning staff were outstanding. Staff went over and above to help us during our stay. No pool, had to pay extra to use lap pool at spa. No robes included in the room.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and whenever I requested something, the service was delivered almost at the speed of light. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around Milan, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. Since it was my first time in Milan, I didn’t get to fully enjoy all the hotel amenities, but I would definitely love to come back and take more time to experience everything the hotel has to offer.
