Returned after two years and was delighted to find that the hotel still maintains its high standards. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The fully air-conditioned room was a huge advantage during the hot Milan summer in August. A comfortable and enjoyable stay—I would happily return again. Everything is perfect ! The receptions are so helpful given information and provide guide. Nothing to complain.

Very central location; less than 10 minutes from the main train station. Clean, modern and comfortable rooms, complimentary water and a couple of soft beverages. Very nice breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. Lastly, very helpful and friendly staff, they helped our friend surprise our daughter for her birthday. Nothing negative, all good.

Everything. It was beautifully appointed. Great location- Easy to get to. Clean, comfortable, modern rooms. Great shower. And little extras like the slippers and fridge with drinks. It was great! We like everything

The location is really close to the Milano Centrale but very quite and clean. We also got free upgrade on birthday (using Melia Awards).

Location was ideal just a few mins from Milano centrale . Breakfast was fabulous a bit of everything and all freshly prepared and healthy . Quite a variety of selection . Tasty and delicious The staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant . The rooms clean and bright minimalist but had everything that’s was needed . So comfy pillows and bed . The shower was great . Also had complimentary drinks from the mini bar in my room .

I had a fantastic stay. The staff were exceptional and kindly changed my booking without any extra fees, which I really appreciated. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. A special thanks to Kinga for her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. She made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. All in all good

A very modern and practical concept in design. Bed was comfortable and amenities were outstanding. In the afternoon, a staff member comes around with complementary refreshments and beverages. See above.

We had a great welcome late at night from the receptionist—a very friendly bald gentleman whose name escapes me! He was super helpful and went out of his way to arrange a convenient parking spot for my car. The panoramic room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed, and they provided complimentary soft drinks, coffee, and tea, which was a great touch. Housekeeping was also top-notch.
