Amazing customer service and great view from the room, very clean as well. Decent property.

Generous breakfast with friendly professional service, rooms were well designed and elegant. Rooftop garden a highlight for a relaxed end of day on a hot summer's night with views of the whole city. Great meal across the road for our last night in Italy. Short walk to the central Railway station. all good

Location This was my second stay here, but unfortunately it wasn’t as good as my first. The room was smaller than the one I had during my previous visit, and it didn’t include the amenities that were provided before. The breakfast was also disappointing. The quality and variety have declined compared to my last stay, and to make matters worse, they now charge extra if you request an omelette(: which was quite surprising! Overall, the experience did not meet the standard I had expected based on my previous visit.

Longer to get to central attractions.

They ran out of breakfast items both days we were there and told us we should have come earlier. We got down to breakfast before 0900AM and breakfast went until 1000AM daily supposedly.

Good location , within easy walking distance to Milano Centrale train station if you come from the airport. Can easily take the yellow line subway to the Duomo area. Nice roof top bar. Breakfast ok, not great and if tour group is at the hotel they run out quickly.

Breakfast had decent variety and staff was very attentive taking orders for coffee. Staff in general was nice and attentive. Our room was ready ahead of time, which was an unexpected treat, and had a balcony (another unexpected treat). Everything was very clean and the shower was great! The hotel is close enough to Milano Centrale train station so it's not too much of an issue to walk there even while carrying big bags. There's a grocery store literally across the street, which was very convenient. Make sure you check out the rooftop bar for some amazing views! Soundproofing from the street could be a bit better, though that wasn't a big issue.

The staff at the reception were very kind to let me microwave our food every two to three hours. I liked that the hotel was at a walkable distance from Milano Centrale, and it was near to a grocery, cafes, and restaurants. Hotel aesthetic was nice as well, since the style looked vintage but was still well maintained Maybe if microwaves were more accessible to guests, and not just one at the reception floor or the one at the terrace… that would be nice.

When I arrive, I asked the staff in the reception for extra pillows and he was very rude. Absolutely deny me one extra pillow for my back pain.

Good location, close to the central train station. The shower was not working properly and the air conditioning didn’t work during our stay.

My stay at Hotel Marcon with my family was excellent and truly deserves the highest rating. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing for all of us. The location was convenient, and the service was outstanding throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return again.

The breakfast had many options. The food was fresh and well presented. The room was very spacious and very classy. The hotel is located a short walking distance from the main train station. There are a number of restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. The only thing I would note is the small amount of noise from the streetcar that passes in front of the hotel.
