Comfortable bed, very clean, welcoming friendly staff. We stayed for one night, so our stay was brief. No complaints.

The room was small

The room was very clean and bed comfortable. Enjoyed the free breakfast that was included. Love the location, 5 minute walk from Milano Centrale train station and bus station. The trains were cancelled while I was there and had to take the bus instead to the airport, so grateful to be conveniently located to both stations. The restaurant on the corner "Friends" has the best seafood pasta, a local eatery, not fancy, but very good with reasonable pricing.

Breakfast was delicious. We did have a small problem with the AC in the room we reserved but staff was very efficient and gave us a new room right away. The GM met with us to discuss the situation, and she was friendly, honest, and fair. nothing.

Shower head had mold, could use a little scrub to get it clean.

Location close to Milano Centrale, on the Mercato side which is also where the bus for airport transfers are.. We booked a room for 3 people (double and twin) and it was spacious. Our room was on the street level and the lights from the exterior came through the windows even with all the drapery. On one side of the double bed, the flooring had a bubble so it would make a popping sound when stepped on. We got a few mosquito bites, which made us concerned they were bed bugs (but they were not). I felt it was quite pricey (around 350 euros), but only selected it due to location and the beds for 3.

Parking was one of the reasons we booked this hotel, but the hotel refused to provide any real solution and left us to deal with it ourselves. Breakfast was included, but since we had to leave at 06:30, we asked for a lunch box. What we received was embarrassing: cheap packaged snacks, juice and an apple. I would maybe appreciate this lunch box if I were 7 years old. Poor service, poor attitude, and definitely not what I expect from a hotel of this level. I would not stay here again.

It was near the train the Milano Central. Made it easy access to come and go. The property was very clean and very neat. Everyone was very sociable and very generous.

Excellent location, only a 3 min walk from Centrale train station. Breakfast room is bright and comfortable, breakfast selection good. Upgrade to a junior suite was totally worth it, very spacious and comfortable.

Our triple room was very spacious and clean. Our windows faced the inner courtyard and there was no noise from the outside. The robes have been provided in the room. There was also a mini fridge and coffee making facilities. There was a lot of choice at breakfast, although I would have loved some freshly squeezed orange juice. The items were replenished constantly even close to the end of the breakfast time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located very close to the Milano Centrale train station and a number of metro stations.

The hotel is very well-situated, just a few short blocks to Milano Centrale, the main train station. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are pleasant and quiet. I was disappointed to be asked to pay for the lovely breakfast. I had thought it was part of the room price.

I liked the location. Close to the Railway station and subway as well. Very helpfull staff. My stay was during the Winter Olympics Milano-2026. Rates were high for the tiny room.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Our rooms were placed next to each other and our rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a great stay!
