Wasn't expecting a fifth-floor hotel, but it didn't matter as there was a lift & it kept the street noise to a minimum. Great location near the Centrale station. Nice & clean rooms. The bed was comfortable & the room was up to date & surprisingly spacious. Staff were pleasant & helpful... Let us leave our luggage whilst we explored Milan. Definitely worth all of its 3 stars...I'd be tempted to give it 4. Breakfast was a little limited, but of good quality. No tea/coffee-making facility in the room, which was acceptable for a 3-star hotel. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again.

Location really good, close to the train station, metro stations. Staffs were super nice, I checked in at 23:00, the front desk was still helpful. Big bathroom, with toothbrushes.

The location is near all transportation. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the bed is comfy, and towels were changed and toiletries topped up every day. The receptionist is friendly. The server during breakfast was rude. We were looking for an American breakfast (which the hotel advertised), but he just pointed to the counter where it looked like a continental/Italian breakfast. The fruits were not fresh, and the pizza and apricot pie looked like leftovers from the previous day. Boiled eggs were freshly cooked on our first day, but the following day they were served cold. Their juice was too diluted, although you had choices.

Staff were so helpful, we were early so our room wasn't ready and the housekeeper hurried to get it done as quickly as she could. Location is excellent, the station is next door. The hotel is on the 5th floor of a large building with real character. There is a lift but about 6 stairs before you get to it so people with mobility issues may find it tricky. Breakfast was included but we had to leave early so didn't get to try it, but it smelled lovely! The air con unit was the loudest I've heard, which did keep me awake a bit.
