The location was fantastic. Right by the train station. Beds were comfortable. The neighbors were extremely loud until late and we knew we couldn’t do anything about it and we had an early flight the next day.
-
Location Small room, confusing entrance access, entrance needs some clean up, elevator is small
-
Everything was good, the location near Milano centrale, the room was good size , the bed was comfortable, easy and fast Check-in and Check-out .. The hotel is located in the 3rd floor of a building, so you need to enter the building first then taking the elevator to reach the hotel.

Room was nice and clean. Front desk lady was nice and courteous. Lift is a little too tight and stuffy. A fan would help.
-
Great location, very close to the main train and metro station in Milan and can grab bus to airport right outside the hotel. Plain hotel, but very clean.

Excellent location Location

The "hotel" is one floor in a building with several other "hotels" on different floors. The elevator is decrepit and tiny; only big enough for one person and a suitcase at a time. The "lobby" on the ground floor is dingy and filthy; looks like you are entering an abandonded building.

Close to the bus and train station, in a nice neighbourhood. We were able to leave our luggage and explore the area after check-out. -

location Colombian girl at reception not helpful with issues with tv. Shower had hot water for 5 minutes then cold. Bathroom sinks water came out sideways. The floor was dirty. Breakfast was a joke. This is not a hotel it is a bunch of rooms on the third floor. Homeless people defecating in the downstairs area.
-
Proximity to Milan Central station. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and tolieteries No coffee in the room. Have to go down three floors to have coffee in breakfast area. Poor quality breakfast. For Heating and cooling every time you need to change the thermostat settings you have to go to front desk and they will set it for your room. Housekeeping entered the room despite of do not disturb sign.

The room was near the station - just about a 5 minute walk and that was very convenient for catching an early train.
-
Close to train and bus stations and restos
-
How staff deal with guests. Not welcoming.
-
Good location by the train station at a reasonable price. Perfect for one night with an early train the next day. Very old, slightly scary elevator or 3rd floor walk up. A bit noisy with thin walls so that you heard things above and next to you. Tiny shower.
-
Hotel is within walking distance from train station Milano Centrale. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. The elevator was broken when we arrived. Receptionist helped changed our rooms from 3rd floor to 1st floor. No hot water on the second night and the following morning. We had to go to 3rd floor for bathing.

The location was extremely convenient. There is a bus to the airport right across the street, as well as easy access to the main train station and metro, which made getting around very simple. The area is well-connected and ideal for travelers. The air conditioning did not work during my stay and only heat was available, which made the room uncomfortable at times. It was also quite confusing to find the hotel at first, as the building has different hotels on different floors and signage was not very clear.

We didn't have the breakfast. It was very nice, but with 3 of us it could have used another trash bin in the main room (as well as the one in the bathroom). Loved the shower water pressure and the amenities.

The stay was ok, but I wouldn't recommend to stay for a prolonged time. Stay was not very helpful and gave misleading information when asked. The rooms aren't really how pics show. Very noisy and not that great of an area. We spent over $200 for one night and you would think you get something a little nicer. Lesson learned. The lift did not work even tho they kept saying it did. Didn't like how they only give one key for room. We had three adults and we couldn't do our own thing because if someone left with key you have no power in the room. Didn't like how unhelpful the staff was.
-
Central location A little bit strange in terms of entrance, however we easily found that place where there are different hotels on different floors with the same door

Located steps away from Milano Centrale. Beds were comfortable. The shower was plugged, hence, water was pooling while showering, a bit gross. Don’t bother paying for breakfast. The pooling shower was gross.
