I didn’t really appreciate being put under pressure about checking out. Someone knocked on my door as early as 9 am, called me on the intercom at 10 am, and called me again at 10.30 am. This micromanagement of adults is simply appalling. The staff I dealt with on the day of departure were a complete contrast to the warm welcome I received when I checked in the night before. In the morning, they were a bit rude and raised their voices over nothing. The place is interesting, but the customer experience left a lot to be desired. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Good location but racist management ruined my stay. The management behavior was unacceptable and racist. On checkout day, I was only 10 minutes late (10:40 AM instead of 10:30 AM). The hotel manager came to my room without permission, grabbed my bags, threw them outside, and said: "Go back to your country" and "I don't care about Dubai, your stupid country." When I asked him to respect himself, he replied: "You don't respect my time." I stayed for 7 nights and was a respectful guest. This treatment was humiliating. I do not recommend this hotel to any traveler, especially from Arab and Asian countries.

It is super well located! Just across the street from the central station and market. The room is bigger than I expected, there is AC at night and the shower is good. Although there is an elevator/lift, which is good, there are some little stairs to get to it. But nothing major.

Just across the road from centrale station, which also has a good food court on ground floor. I think you get what you pay for and the room reflects the price point. It’s clean but tired. The same for the en-suite clean but tired. The room was serviced every day which seems unusual now. It’s run by family and they are lovely. Not instantly easy to find. There are 5 hotels stacked on each other in the building. Go through the doors into entrance, left hand side shows which floor the hotels are on. Then go to lift (through doors from entrance foyer on the left). To get out on evening when doors locked there is an exit button on opposite side to where the hotel names are displayed ie on the right if you have back to the main door. I requested a quiet room but the room was on the main road which is very busy and noisy and windows not of a quality that reduces the noise. To add to this the walls are paper thin and the room next to me was a solo traveller who was on video calls to his friends starting 10pm until 2am, despite me asking for him to keep the noise down. EAR PLUGS are a must for this hotel.

I didnt like it much , it is next to the central station which is good to get back to the airport but all round nothing much The curfew between 1am and 5am was very odd, the staff were constantly rude , telling me off for doing nothing , they did not allow me to even bring one guest to my double room during the day. They only have aircon at night , the bed was stiff and they take your key card every time you go and leave. It was shit.
