We really appreciated the kindness and friendliness of the staff. We really loved the hotel’s stylish design concept, especially the layout of the rooms. The breakfast was absolutely delicious!

Receptionist was super friendly and informed us that there were two complementary water bottles in the fridge in our room. They stored our luggage after check out and there was complementary free coffee as well. Had irons upon request. Nothing! Everything was great

the bedroom and bathroom were clean. the location was perfect for the train station, the Metro and for buses. Staff were friendly. we were able to leave our cases when we checked out. we were in room 107 - a family room. We heard the shop below opening their shutters at 6am

Location was probably the only positive as it was right next to the station while we used Milan as a base for other places Housekeeping was awful. The bed was not changed once in 4 days - dirty bedsheets were made, the pillows were not even straightened! Used glasses were not replaced or cleaned. Rubbish not emptied.
