Great spot for a one night layover by Centrale. I wouldn’t hang out in this neighborhood but it worked as a waypoint for a train trip north to Switzerland and a great spot to get to from Malpensa via the Malpensa Express. Super friendly staff. AC was laughable but that’s Europe. A bit loud but that’s the neighborhood.

The location staff talk nicely and promise to solve the problem but don’t take any action. We arrived on Wednesday night totally exhausted to find the bathroom has no soap. We complained this on Thursday morning with a promise to put soap. At the end of the day we returned to the hotel to find no soap again. Third day morning we complained again and end of the third day we returned to find no soap. Finally because they don’t have room service I had to go down to bring the soap myself. Really never seen such a clumsy hotel before.

Good location good breakfast clean room good beds. I was in a very quiet room Phone land hairdryer and fridge sis not work. Room was clean but the old carpets in the hallways looked like they had not been vacuumed in months. Was kind of gross. The door to our bathroom did not close. That was bad

Good location. Very comfortable bed The checkin time was 2 pm but when we arrived around almost 3 pm, the rooms were not ready. Apart from that, everything else was worth the price.

The staff is nice and very close to Milano Centrale the hotel seems to be old and not very clean, also the distribution of the hotel is weird.

Amazing breakfast and super kind staff!!

It was hard figuring out how the lights worked. Some were not working. The bathroom door made a loud cracking sound and it’s just not very private. People don’t want the whole world to know what you do in the bathroom. But with a swinging acrylllic door— nobody can make be mistaken.

The room is small for 3 people. The hotel is located near to Milan Central Station which helped us to move faster around Milan City. A lot of restaurant is near the hotel. The bathroom has no lock. The check in was quite slow. The filter is located at the 1st floor so it was not convenient for customers above the 1st floor. Electric kettle and complimentary sachets are not provided in the rooms.

We had a disgusting last night of our trip at Station 43 Hôtel. Stay away from this place. The room looked more like a hospital room and had nothing to do with the pictures posted on Booking. It was old and dirty. The walls were covered with mold, the carpet was stained, and there were dirty fingerprints all over the door. We paid almost $400 for one night, which is completely unacceptable for a room in this condition. We contacted the hotel, sent them pictures, and they told us they would reimburse our stay. However, it has now been a week and they have stopped answering our emails and messages, even through Booking. We are not picky travelers, but the condition of this room was simply unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

It is in a great location. Very close to the train station. The breakfast was very good with a fair bit of variety. The bed was very comfortable. Couldn’t control the temperature in the room. Very warm unless we had the window open. Safe didn’t work and even after a staff person came to check it they never fixed it and never came back. The front desk staff were great! The rooms are very small. Couldn’t get hot water. The toilet had difficulty flushing. Had to use two different elevators to get to our room.

It’s right by the Milan train station so it can be a little loud at night with the trams and cars running by

The hotel was great, but the highlight was the receptionist super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. One of the best we ever met! The only downside was the bathroom sink, which drained a bit slowly. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Close to the terminal station and main attractions Did not quite look like what was advertised, I expected more updated and decorated room.
