We had a wonderful stay at Garibaldi Palace in Milan. The hotel’s location is truly unbeatable—right in the heart of the vibrant Brera district, surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafés, shops, and within easy walking distance of many of Milan’s main attractions. What made the experience even more memorable was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Mariano, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

It is located in a very vibrant neighborhood, value for money with metro station literally about 2 minutes away. Lovely breakfast and spacious room. The room was poorly maintained as there were dysfunctional features here and there, from door hinges to the room telephone that was entirely missing.

It is close to Via Brere where restaurants have great food. Complimentary bottle of water upon check-in.

Location. And working elevator. And location. AC doesn‘t work in all rooms. We unpacked, turned the AC on, thought it will get the room cooled off while we are at the dinner. It did not as the AC wasnt working. Front Desk told us to move to another room. Staff was not willing to go and check if the AC actually worked in that room, only when we insisted that they should check before we start moving, did they actually go and check and realize the AC in that other room also wasn’t working. Third room finally had a working AC and we had to move all our stuff (no help from staff) to this other room at 11 PM. Also, the hotel needs renovating, looks pretty run down.

Location of hotel is great! The breakfast was ok. I would have liked more fresh cut fruit. The breakfast room was average and had some greenery outside to look at. It could be brighter instead of gray maybe white

Friendly staff Good breakfast Good Neighborhood Clean room Dirty dirty carpet in lobby in entrance !!! Why? All rooms remodeled with laminate flooring But dirty carpet from entrance was shocking ! Could not help it V Brought it up to front desk to mention to management!

The staff are incredibly helpful and generous and made our stay excellent. We are hapless when it comes to timing when we travel — they went above and beyond to be helpful. The scents are a little strong. Fortunately the windows open and it is easy to air out the room.
