Great hotel very cozy and stylish , in the great location.

During winter time, I was told that it would not be possible to cool down the room air conditioning as much as I’d like, give the centralized system. I know that this is common in a lot of places, but for someone that loves sleeping with a freezing A/C, it’s definitely not ideal.

This was one of the most charming, beautiful, and comfortable boutique hotels I have stayed at - everything was perfect: decor and ambiance, staff, rooms (especially the pillows), in room amenities. I loved the location it was perfect for exploring Brera.

Beautifully appointed hotel Service. Staff were tepid, much like my shower. I could only get cold water in the evening and despite trying to fix it, it did not heat up. The following morning the water was tepid and when I complained there was barely an apology. A true 5 star would have at least removed the breakfast charge. For a 5 star the bathroom amenities were lacking. No tissues, moisturizer or vanity set. Only a shower cap. Breakfast was overpriced for quality. The cheese was dried and placed touching the meat, which was unnecessary and off-putting for a vegetarian.

Very friendly staff , ortiga amenities, which is fancy ! Beautiful rooms Read before in the reviews that the AC wasn’t working , they had very noisy restaurant ! But honestly nothing of that , but far from it ! Oh and great restaurants recommendations! You have to try them . Nothing

We were so impressed with the hotel. We would stay there again next time we come. From the decor to the staff. I think the gentleman‘s name was Ricardo. He was wonderful.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Good vibes and a nice quiet area of the city with being in walking distance from what you want to see. Felt very safe as a solo traveller.
