Heart Hotel Milano

The location is great. Super quiet but still in walking distance to the major sights. The area felt very safe for a female solo traveler. The room was a little dark. Great advantage at night though. Had a great nights sleep since no lights were bothering.

Excellent location in a good neighborhood with good choices for dining and a convenient grocery store. WiFi was very good. The room was clean and a relatively good size. Housekeeping can use improvement. The pastry shop, steakhouse and pub on the block were all worth visiting. The room was not restocked with essentials like toilet paper and towels. The bath area was peculiar with the shower exiting to the open space in the room with no door, curtain or partition. Only the toilet had a door. There was very little storage space for clothing. The room key must be left in a holder to keep the lights on and the recepticle flashed all night. Staff at the desk was helpful.

DARK hotel, DARK room

I liked the location and conveniece. I especially loved the staffs there, from the front desk to the cleaning ladies- they were all very helpful, understanding, kind, and professional. These qualities are hard to find today. My room faced the street, and the window was not noise-reducing.

AC didn’t work in our room, the hotel does not let you control the ac only them. Breakfast was just a muffin.

Reception staff were friendly. Rooms have good functioning AC are clean and quite modern, including a big sink and shower. Conveniently located, not far from subway that can take you into the center There can be quite a bit of noise coming from outside if you're room is located on the street-side, in particular from the tram when it passes. Breakfast area not the most comfortable, as it only has high tables with bar stools.

The hotel is 800 m away from the train station, walking distance to Duomo and the Brera districts, as well as metro is close to go Navigli.

Saffiya the receptionist was so attentive and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent, just a 10–15 minute walk from the 2 main train stations. The staff truly stand out: incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The room itself was modern, clean, and very comfortable - I absolutely loved it. What impressed me the most, however, was the level of service. I experienced a small issue with the room temperature (which is centrally controlled by the hotel), and not only was it addressed immediately, but the response went far beyond expectations. The hotel manager personally called me, offered a room upgrade, and even included complimentary breakfast. This kind of attention to detail and genuine care for guests is what defines true service levels. If they handle small issues with such dedication, you can only imagine how seriously they would treat bigger ones. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.

Great location, within walking distance of most places of interest, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the room was clean. Overall, given the location and easy access to public transportation, it was a great spot to explore the city. We didn’t try the breakfast, so we can’t comment on it. The amenities are quite basic. There were only plastic cups in the room, with no spoons or similar items. There was also only one set of towels on arrival in a room booked for two, but this was resolved the next day. The rooms are not as large as some of the reviews suggest. However, given the location and the price point, we were fine with this.

staff was incredible. they were very nice in allowing us an early check in. they arranged our travel to Malpensa. everyone smiled and were genuinely the AC didn't seem to want to work....thankfully, we could open the window and get a little breeze...the room was a bit small...it was hard to access our bags AND move around the room.

Location is good, it's 3-5 minutes walking to the subway. Subway is the best way to go around in Milan. Taxi are both expensive and not so easy to get in the rush time. Rooms are clean and modern, mattress is good. Recommend for a short stay.

Location to walking and trains. Nice rooms, and baths good size. Would have enjoyed a coffe or espresso maker in the room or lobby.
