Convenient location to walk or take the tram right outside the hotel.

The accommodations and decorations are very nice. However the staff here as exceptional. They provided a lot of help for me. Tram noise can be heard sometimes.

Great hotel with great value for money - however no tea or coffee in the room. Breakfast was fine also, but theres room for improvement

Elevator is extreme slow, rooms are also small. For two people try to get bigger corner rooms.

Convenient location, friendly and helpful staffs

The shower was poorly screened within the bathtub, so it was easy to get the water onto the bathroom floor. Recommend to use a full curtain for the bathtub.

Clean room The hotel Location is isolated and no clear sign it is difficult to find The environment is extremely noisy, comparable to sleeping in a street or metro station. The train’s noise emits continuous noise, and the room shakes as well. The mini bar offers only two bottles of water, one can of soft drink, and one bottle of juice. The water was not replenished, which was inconvenient given the hot temperature. The available channels on the English Channel are limited to three to four out 800 , primarily news channels. The shower is quite small. The breakfast is not satisfactory.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. It was in a good location with easy proximity to the main city in one direction and the main train station in the other direction.

It’s clean and a good location with access to the trams and metro. Close to some nice restaurants and walkable to Brera district. The room is quite small and quite noisy. The sounds from the street and hallway were loud. There seems to be a lack of soundproofing.

Exceptional breakfast, very comfortable room and location was excellent with public transport within a short walk. No complaints

The location is fabulous. Both for walking and taking the Metro. The breakfast is good and the staff are helpful and kind. The kingsize bed was a surprise for Europe.

Extremely friendly staff. Excellent towels quality After the fourth day the bathroom had a bad nauseating sewage smell. The room facing the street gets the extremely loud noise of the tram, making it very difficult to sleep.

Some noises that I didn't recognize along with street traffic but earplugs helped
