Absolutely nothing worth mentioning. Calling this place a “luxury” hotel is an insult to actual luxury hotels. Where do I even start? This is hands down one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room felt unhygienic, poorly maintained, and straight-up neglected. I got sick during my stay, which says everything about the cleanliness standards here (or lack of them). On top of that, no hot water—ice-cold showers in a so-called 5-star hotel. Unacceptable. This isn’t a budget hostel, yet that’s exactly how it felt. Now let’s talk about the customer service, which somehow managed to be worse than the room. Staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and clearly uninterested in solving any issues. Complaints were brushed off like they were doing me a favor by listening. Zero accountability. Zero care. For the price they charge, this experience is honestly shocking. You’re paying premium rates for filth, discomfort, and arrogance.

Nothing. Not a single redeeming quality. This place should not be allowed to market itself as a luxury hotel. This hotel is disgusting. Filthy rooms, poor hygiene, and an overall feeling of neglect that borders on unsafe. I got sick during my stay, which is something I have never experienced at a hotel before. That alone tells you everything you need to know about their cleanliness standards. The water situation was a joke. Ice-cold water only—no hot water whatsoever. Imagine paying premium prices to shower like you’re being punished. Completely unacceptable, especially for a property that pretends to be 5-star. The customer service was the worst part, which says a lot. Staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like any complaint was an inconvenience to them. No empathy, no effort to fix anything, and absolutely no professionalism. It felt like dealing with people who genuinely do not care if guests ever return. This hotel is living off an old name and false reputation. It is run-down, dirty, overpriced, and mismanaged. If you value your health, comfort, or money—stay far away.

Staff was wonderful always greeting you with a smile got upgraded to a gorgeous suite. Thank you Andrei you made my stay fabulous! The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. The two restaurants food was delicious big thanks to the amazing Sicilian boy our waiter sorry I forgot his name very kind and patient. So yes and yes I recommend this place 100%. Everything is close by. Will be back for sur!!
