The hotel staff was not friendly & facilitative. I had to pay for 2 days for actually staying for only one night. Even after requesting they did not accede. In fact my flight to India was preponed, and I requested a modification of my schedule even before 5 days of my trip. They refused. Ultimately, I paid for 2 night even though I stayed only for one night.

We had a really good room, amazing balcony, the weather was very hot while we were staying there but the room was well air conditioned. The rooms are extremely clean, they change towels and clean every day. The breakfast was really good for my taste, it had many choices, and even one night i was thinking how would i like to eat watermelon and I was looking around Milan, and the next day there was watermelon in the breakfast selections and i was very happy with it. The Repubblica metro station is not more than 5 mins away and it is perfectly connected, two stops from the Duomo station, Centrale FN (Milan Central Station) is the next station if you decide to go from Repubblica. The neighborhood is calm, we were two girls staying and didn't feel unsafe at all. I recommend this hotel very much. The receptionists are very nice and helpful, and the whole hotel feels like home... they have a lot of flowers, they care for the flowers....Great choice if you are staying in Milan. We liked almost everything

Everything was exactly as advertised, the room matched the photos, the location was spot on, and check-in was smooth. But honestly what pushes this to a 10 is the staff. Genuinely some of the nicest, most helpful people I have encountered at any hotel. They went out of their way without being asked and made us feel like actual guests rather than just another booking. Highly recommended. The walls are a bit thin.

Very nice, clean and calm hotel Offering a nice Italian and English breakfast Location is not that far from station on the way to Duomo. Nothing to say here

Check in, location, front desk staff were all great. While we didn't need to use it, we liked that there was an option to store luggage if needed. Breakfast was nice--a few more choices would have been ideal but it was still really nice.

A quiet room with easy access to the city amenities. The staff was very helpful, especially with travel arrangements. The full breakfast was fresh with good choices and plenty of coffee!

For the most part, it was clean and well put together. Location was great, near the metro station, & easy to get to from Milan Central station (~18-20min walk). The shower head was rusted and didn’t work properly. We managed, but the water was coming out from both the rainfall head and the hand held head. And our window wasn’t fully closed, so it was kind of cold throughout the night. We dropped off our bags after check-in and didn’t come back until late, so we weren’t aware of it before. Also, the receptionist who checked us out was rude. After paying the tourist fee, he tossed my credit card on the counter and did the same for the receipt. Spoke to us with blank facial expression & it wasn’t even early in the morning. It was during check-out, at 11am.

Was around stores and restaurants No cafe inside the room and just water inside the min bar

We couldn’t sleep well because there’s a club nearby, and the noise lasted late into the night. The receptionist also didn’t seem very friendly. There was a mosquito in the room, which made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast wasn’t very fresh; both the croissants and bread were stale. However, the cleaning lady was very friendly and did her job well.

Walls between the rooms seems to be thin and rooms relatively close to each other and you can hear guests enter their rooms and talking in them. Rooms maybe little bit outdated and will definitely need some refurbishment in the future but still acceptable for accommodation and short stay.

Also a kettle in the room would be a good extra.

Nice Staff was friendly, room was nice. Location was a bit out of the way for us.
-
Friendly staff and clean facility.

Reception was good. There was a lift and it was convenient especially to tale the luggage. Restaurant staff especially the lady in charge was indifferent and was unfriendly to put in mildly.

Old style hotel in a quiet street. It's a little too far from Milan Duomo but great location for the trains.
