Good location. Comfortable walking distance to Milano Céntrale station and restaurants. Clean room and very lovely staff. The bathroom size is terribly small. The distance between the toilet and the wall made it very awkward to sit. We are 5’10 and 6’1 tall. Could barely turn around in the shower without touching the walls.

We like the location and we like that there was a working elevator and the staff we are very kind and friendly. The Property lack facilities like a fitness center, and also the Aircon was not working properly and it was a bit warm in our room the entire time.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We appreciated a larger size shower than many European hotels have. The room smelled a bit musty

Close to central station Nothing

The location and staffs were very friendly The charged me 3€ for bottle of water 500ml and 3€ for one Tshirt ironing, i was surprised why they don’t provide iron at the room like other hotels.

I would like to report a concern regarding my check-in experience at your hotel. During check-in, a member of the reception staff wrote down/copied the front side details of my Mastercard. Nothing at all, there was a cup with lemon and water offered that was really dirty , kind of dangerous for all guests coming to stay in Milan. Room not at all clean Cleaning, missing items in the room as soap, tiny room advertised as bigger and sheet never changed. Most shittiest hotel I have ever slept and trust me I have slept in several hotels all over around the world

Great location—almost exactly between Duomo and Milano Centrale, about a 2.2 km walk to each. Well connected and a convenient base for exploring Milan. The heating and cooling didn’t work, and the bathroom ventilation was also not functioning. The shower cabin was quite small.

Nothing The rooms are old and small, the walls are very thin and you can easily hear people talking loud on the next room.

My room was like a sauna, heating was on and airco did not work, had to sleep with the window open. Ligths in the shower always on no option to turn them off

The location it seems like it was next yo a school etc. not really in a pretty area.

It was a bit far from certain touristic things. I had to walk 25 minutes to get to the mall and to the church. Grocery stores were 10 minutes away

The staff were nice and very helpful! The property is safe and quiet.

It was very close to the center, quiet area No slippers for the room and the bathroom floor was a bit dirty. Shower applies are too small to use for women so you have to buy your own shower stuff

The breakfast was great and it was a 10- 15 minutes walk to the train station. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We had an issue with the air conditioning one night and got an upgrade on our next stay. Small shower in the basic room.

Decent location Room was hot and humid. Bathroom was too small and water was not consistent
