Cleanses They asked me to take my luggage for the whole family to the rooms, which is really unacceptable at all. I have never stayed in a hotel that asked me to collect my luggage by my self.

Free, secure parking garage. Close to subway & about 15-20 min drive from city center. Clean, spacious, quiet rooms with nice lobby areas and most welcome A/C. Free laundry room. Huge bathroom with tub and shower and abundant amenities, including Kleenex. Coffee, tea and kettle in room were nice. A very well-run property. Very disappointed to learn only at checkout that breakfast wasn’t included with my booking. There was a strong, musty, somewhat moldy smell both in tub and shower and while bathroom was very clean, the shower drain itself seemed to flow very slowly. It certainly needs attention.

Breakfast was US standard, not Italian one, let us say medium quality, only the blood orange juice was very good. Dinners (2) were an absolute disaster. The first night the rice with asparagus was bland but acceptable, the second night the steak "tagliata" was the worst I have had anywhere in 60 years of international travel; it was very tough and had an "off" taste; I hate one strip out of six. The waiter was very nice, gave me a small;l discount and a free apple strudel (so-so quality). I am absolutely amazed how an Hilton hotel can serve such poor food.
