The staff was very polite and friendly. There was a sweet woman at the reception on the three nights I stayed there who was funny and kind and a young gentleman who was very friendly and helpful too. The room was super clean and equipped with breakfast items and coffee included in the cost of the room. There is good connectivity to public transport and the university of biccoca is super close to the guest house too. There is nothing to complain about. I only wish I knew some Italian to be able to have conversations with the staff there ?
