The whole place was beyong the expected. We asked if was possible an early check in because my boyfriend was not feeling well and they attented my request, the staff was AMAZING, very helpful and friendly. The room was exactly like the pictures and left us speechless. It was my best experience traveling so far. Can't wait to visit Milano again and stay at the hotel.

The neighborhood wasn’t ideal! So much graffiti and run down buildings.

The room was hot & stuffy. There was no fan that we could turn on. The staff said it was too early for the air conditioning to be used. It was disappointing because the listing listed air conditioning as a feature.

Room service didn’t put cups everyday, combination in the room is broken but I handle with it

It is a dorm and they host parties, there was a party noise until 2 am with fireworks. It was impossible to sleep. Breakfast is ok. Better get somewhere else.

It was very nice and great location. The room was very clean and the gym was great. I was hoping to do some laundry but the app didn’t let me. I wasn’t able to find what my reservation code was.

Great hotel! Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very large, comfortable and clean. The lobby bar was very good with great staff. There were some additional facilities including laundry, that you will not find at most hotels. Easy access to the Metro and close to some restaurants. Ernesto and all the staff at reception were amazing and very helpful, they had some perfect suggestions for places to go and things to see based on my interests. A big thanks to them!

Breakfast was amazing! We loved the room and the vibes of the hotel. Everyone was so helpful! It was very cold seeing as the heat couldn’t be changed. Extra bedding / sheets / pillows would have been super helpful.
