Hotel Greco

I booked three beds, but they gave me only 2 pillows and no blanket at all. For AC, the receptionist asked for an extra 10 euros in cash only. The receptionist asked to give him the key back when we went out for dinner. It never happened in the entire life that before checking out, the hotel demanded the key.

Everything It is hot

Very bad hotel. Is probably the worst i ever stayed in Europe I didn’t like nothing about it, is dirty everywhere and nasty

Other than the receptionist that was there when we came, the staff was nice. The location of the hotel was also not bad - It is not too far to the metro and also train station. As already said, the receptionist that welcomed us seemed rude and did not speak any english. It was not possible to pay for the stay by card, or for them to charge the card that we provided when booking. All of the other stuff that was bad we did not mind, since the price is so low - but the things I listed could be easily sorted.

Everything was old and dirty and was cold no heating on

It is not clean. We did not have hot water the first night, but they later solved this problem. The hotel is unkempt.

The A/C was off until it turned on automatically around 6.30am while we were sleeping. Dirty towels we had to ask for new fresh ones. Dirty bedsheets, we realised it in the morning when we found out some spots that werent ours. Some random person tried to open our door by aggressively shaking the door handle around early morning which made us stay wide awake. Its not what we expected as we paid 100€ for a night. Disappointing location, the only good thing is the staff’s friendliness. The building in general is low maintained, dirty and very old. Cracks all over the place. Could have done better honestly.

Not providing drinking water for guests. No consideration for checkout time for tourist's. And TV also very small.

They confirmed booking and deducted money once I gone there said there is no space now and asked me to cancel booking but my money was taken these thief’s It should be named as Thief Hotel

Very bad smell very very bad place not safe to stay

Great service, well connected to the city by metro, good vibes for a very empty neighborhood When you leave you have to leave your keys in the reception. Inside the room is very warm, lack of ventilation, and AC is there but it costs extra unfortunately. The bathroom is a little small as well.

Clean, easy access and fast accomodation. One of the beds offer to me, wasn't really a bed, was a sofa-bed kinda situation, not really a comfortable place to sleep

Nothing They are thieves! Be careful! My camera was stolen from my room

The service of hotel was good. The breakfast was light but meet my expectations. The room was in old fashion & probably need renovation. The hotel has private parking but will charge 15 euro per day. The hotel is 2 star so don’t except much.

The accommodation is not great, the bathroom has seen better days, they charge 15€ for parking, which consists of parking behind a chain. The only downside is that there is probably no place to park in the area. The hotel is in a remote area.
