Location is great - very close to Milan Garibaldi Station, so super convenient if you're travelling by train. We were travelling as a family, with a small child, and it was perfect for us. The surrounding area is well served with shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was amazing, great variety, food was super good. Beds were very comfortable, and staff was very friendly.

Hotel has garage. And there is a tram stop in front of the hotel to the city center. The family room only has one bathroom and toilet. The air conditioning wasn't very effective, and the lint on the vents hadn't been cleaned at all. Room's very noisy because it's on the tramway route. The hotel restaurant only offers a few types of pizza. I wouldn't recommend it for dinner.

The staff and the location are great, with good restaurants near by .the rooms are really clean and comfortable The building needs some refurbishment from outside for to look more appealing. Will be beneficial for them aswell
