We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Touring Club Milan. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan

The hotel was great, the location was good which avoided the traffic of the Doumo but we could walk to it within 10 minutes. We got an upgrade to the suite room which was really nice and spacious. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The house keeping standard was really good. Nothing to complain about.

The location The service! For a 5 star hotel, the amenities and the services were way below average. Housekeeping was bad, the phone and the AC werent working and they didnt even repair them! Breakfast selection was very poor!

They were the most pleasant people in this sector. I have never seen any hotel that helpful to customers. Very clean Too many steps tho they help w lot

The staff at the front desk were phenomenal especially Kausar, Katerina and Duccio. They made last minute reservations for me at impossible to get in restaurants served me amazing macchiato when I arrived and accompanied me personally to show me the room. My husband loved the candies by the water tray. The hotel is a few minutes from the Duomo and Metro yet on a quieter street. Perfect for exploring Milan and resting The way the breakfast was laid out next to the book shop on disconnected tables in a long narrow space in the bar was confusing. The variety was also limited for a 5 star hotel and the servers were a little cold and unhelpful.

Room was good, bathroom is excellent and spacious and newly built. Breakfast is amazing with large selection of both hot and cold dishes.

The welcoming staff, refresh-table with water and juice at the reception is really suitable; The location is convenient, 7 min walk from the Duomo Great restaurant with outdoor dining in the hotel In the bathroom all the bottles with shampoo and conditioner fell off the wall as the stickers weren’t adhesive enough, so wasn’t convient while having shower
