It is located just 10 min walk from the Duomo. There is also a parking just in front of the hotel. Staff is very helpful and polite

It is wll located but not good enough for the price even though we got to rooms as an uograde rooms would be small for a couple

I loved the hotel, the lobby is great. The staff was very very nice and super friendly. The room has very nice touches and the bed is confortable. In the room, I found the shower with not enough pressure and very small with plastic doors. The rest of the room is great, but maybe they need sockets next to the bed. The breakfast buffet was also a bit poor, specially if you were arriving late. Luckily the staff was very attentive and bought me extra food. Maybe they would do better with a la carte breakfast. I think in general is a bit too expensive for what you get.

Great location, comfortable bed, nice room, friendly staff. I stayed for four nights and only had Wi-Fi on the first day, which was extremely disappointing. I asked the staff several times about the issue, but each time I was told that it would “hopefully be fixed soon.” Unfortunately, it never was. The bathroom also needs much better cleaning. The bathtub and the corners around the bath screen were very dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned for a long time.

In general electrical is not good Shower is way too small and products in the way Green exit light will keep me from ever going there again I stayed 4 days and only offered 2 bottles water day 1. Water should be essential.

perfect location 15min from the duomo, staff is really helpful, the lobby and the rooms are very cute (nice decoration and even a vinyl in the room) unfortunately we will not come back due to issues with the bathroom: constant smells of sewage (not even perfume could hide), bathroom was quite dark even with the lights on, any shower would result in a wet floor (no proper protection).

I did not purchase breakfast because I am a late riser and usually start my day with lunch. Max Brown was a little different from hotels I usually reserve. I love the record player in the room even though I didn’t get a chance to play it. The snack area was different but nice. I purchased some candy by the pound and the candy was stale. The best part was the bed. King size is always good but in Europe single and full size beds are the norm. Also, since hotel rooms tend to be on the cold side I always ask for an extra blanket. This time I got a wonderful fluffy comforter and along with the pillows and the bed I could have spent a day in bed if I were in Milan longer. I really enjoyed the bed. The bathroom sink was slow draining and filled up quickly. If the sink was cleaned regularly this would have been rectified by the time I arrived in the room. I had to alert management about the problem. Someone fixed it right away and the bathroom had a foul smell for the next two days. The soap dispensers in the shower and sink looks like they are not cleaned regularly. One small thing - I don’t know what happened but the toilet paper holder was on the bathroom floor one evening.

For a two-person room, the space was far too cramped, and my partner and I really struggled to fit in comfortably. Overall, I cannot understand how this hotel is rated as a four-star establishment. The quality simply did not meet the expectations or standards of that rating.

The staff at Max Brown is without a doubt the BEST hotel staff I have encountered in all my travels! The front desk, the bar and breakfast staff were exceptional! The maid’s cleaning the rooms ALL exceptional!! I did not like that once I selected and paid that I could not cancel even a month out from my visit!

I was in Milan (visiting from Toronto) for a conference and stayed at the Max Brown. It was great- super clean, cute rooms, great breakfast and bar options. Would recommend and make a point of staying at this cute and central spot! N/A
