The staff was very helpful, even prepared a morning breakfast bag seeing we had a very early start and would miss breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff, central location. Door to the bathroom did not close, some visible water damage on the frame. Overall the apartment interior is clean but somewhat worn.

Excellent hotel in central Milano. Rooms were modern and comfortable with good air conditioning. The staff were helpful and friendly and assisted with anything we needed. I liked the nice touch of having a free espresson machine in the lobby. The hotel is about 12 minutes on foot from the Duomo, so very well located. Paid parking is in a garage right behind the hotel Nothing really

Great hotel. Very friendly staff from reception, breakfast and cleaning staff. Very good breakfast eggs, ham, cereal, fruit, breads, juices, croissants etc. Room was spotless.beds very comfortable. Dressing robe and slippers a nice touch. We had to leave early for a tour and they have us a packed breakfast going. 10 min walk to Duomo. 5 mins to metro. Taxi about €12 from hotel to Central station. Small grocery shop 1 mins walk. Would def recommend this hotel.. Aircon worked great but can be a bit loud. Just wear earplugs.

Location was excellent . Breakfast was one of the best . Great variety . Staff were very helpful . Hotel was spotless and beds were very comfortable Air con not great but we got big fan !

Location was very good. About 15 minutes walk to Dumo square. Staff was very nice and wanted to accommodate. Reception team was very helpful and friendly. Helped to organize an airport pick up that was very much appreciated. Reception provided a fan to make the room feel cooler because there was an issue with thr air conditioning. The aircondition in the room was not functioning well during day time and the was not cooling properly. Two nights in a row air conditioner stopped working. Bathtub was worn out could use a make over.
