The location The restaurant that’s advertised is closed. They still show it on the bookings. There is absolute no ventilation in the bathrooms. The room had an order we believe it was from the air conditioning. It was very uncomfortable to stay in.

They delivered everything we need .. daily .. still and sparkling water , espresso capsules decaf@ regular..all kinds of tea… huge toiletries…super pillows & mattresses… very nice staff with their exception… the location of the hotel is super and very close to duomo and primark ? in general it becomes my favorite hotel in Milan ?? They are too much nice ?

Only the location Cold rooms, have rooms at ground floor, AC smells like Mold, bed sheets have a very strong and unpleasant smell. Had to find another hotel. Staff was helpful as much as they can but facilities are unacceptable

I was kicked out of my room ahead of checkout time and told that the hotel had to "evacuate" due to their change of status with Marriott Bonvoy. Did not receive notice ahead of time - extremely unprofessional.

Shower is too small, cannot even move when you go in. The bathroom layout should be changed; a person over 180 lbs. cannot fit there-there is no way. Toilet paper was no replaced the first time our room was cleaned; had to ask the cleaning lady next door for one. Soap bar (the size of a quarter) was never replaced during our stay-good thing my wife always carries one.
