Great to be close to canals, and the pool was such a great amenity to have on such a hot weekend Pricier

So many amenities and the staff were wonderful! Best view I had in Milan from the pool deck. The room we had didn’t have carpet. This is just a personal preference.

Good hotel to spend time in Milan and relax, navigli area is nice.

Everything was more than perfect: design of the building, rooms and common area; things provided in the room; splendid breakfast; great customer service and attention. The pool and the views on the top were the best. Area is lively and exciting. Just a minor thing: wifi kept logging in even though I provided all the info. Wish it was more stable, protected by password.

Exceptional service, our host Michelle made us feel at home, was super helpful and insightful, recommended bars and restaurants. rooftop pool and bar, high tech vibe, lovely breakfast Public transportation required a few minutes walk , 14 Euros for a glass of white wine ;-)

Staff was happy, engaged and helpful! The rooms are really minimal. Only a bed and small desk chair but comfortable. The mattress moisture protection cover was crinkling and ran hot. Other hotels use a cloth type, this one seemed to be plastic.

Reception staff are fantastic- especially Frederica. Pool is beautiful. Drinks are pricey, but it's the perfect spot to relax. Towels provided at pool. Breakfast is excellent and full of choice from fruit to meats, eggs etc. Beautiful croissants. Tea/coffee and light snacks available on a table as you enter throughout the day. There was a very relaxed DJ set going on as we left on a Sunday - looked like ideal 'Sunday Funday' vibes for all ages. I would come back to Milano JUST for this hotel!

In the heart of Naviglia but on a quiet canal, away from the teeming restaurant hordes but an easy walk to great Osterias.

Unsatisfied with checkout time and swimming pool is not warm.

Very clean, open space, and modern building and unit. High tech facilities. Overall great value for the money. Great view and location. Excellent service and 4.5 stars breakfast menu Little issue with the room climate control. I was unable to turn off the heat system when it was hot that day. Could not turn on air conditioning or even the fan. Have to open the balcony door to bring in cool air

I intended to score an excellent score until the day we left. They stored our luggage and when we were ready to pick it

Just the breakfast nothing else. It was super noisy all the night we didn’t sleep well at all. I wrote notice that we need quiet rooms on the other side of the building and i contacted the hotel directly and told them on phone before two days of my booking but nothing changed!!! Also i asked to clean the room and change the sheets they did it next day not on the same day and i told them early morning ! I want refund at least half of the amount

Quiet, peaceful, great view from the pool, very nice staff, perfect for working Maybe you should consider a host for breakfast so people will be seated by order ?
