It was a beautiful hotel with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. The room was comfortable, roomy and had great AC. The location was a little out of the way from all the great sites but the metro was close and easy to use once we figured it out.

the cleanness We have made the reservation for a superior room. When we arrived back to the hotel the first evening it was raining in the bathroom. we requested another room and we got a much inferior room near a deposit on the first floor and every morning there was a noise with discharging transports to the hotel. Therefore we were not at all satisfied with our stay and our stay was not at all of a value of over 300 Euro/night.

The staff was helpful and friendly! Good location and the breakfast buffet was a good value and delicious We first tried to check in after arriving half hour early the young man insisted we leave our bags and check in later. My son came in 10 minutes later and was able to check in so we went to the person helping him and she checked us in immediately. After that no problems.

So lovely. After traveling overnight, it was so awesome to sleep in a comfortable bed. The staff went above and beyond, and the restaurant was amazing. The AC wasn’t working properly so they switched our room

Room was really comfortable, and the breakfast is superb! Plus they received some packages on my name and saved them until I arrived, which was great! The room had the desktop a little bit broken, nothing unmanageable but still worried me a little bit

Very quick check-in process with extremely helpful staff. Good location in walking distance from Gae Aulenti and Corso Como. The room was particularly comfortable and spacious, with a nice view on the neighbourhood and the Milan skyline Our stay was great! As a small suggestion for improvement, it would be great to have more tea options in the bedroom besides just 3 teabags (which were only 1 per type)

it was close to the airport train and not far from the city center. ERT comfortable bed. the room was clean but there was a bad smell when entering the room.
