The walls in the main room was dusty and there were also some dirty stains on the floor. Furthermore, the bathroom (shower especially) had a lot of limescale and dark areas of build-up.

Room was tidy and lovely, great size. Air-conditioning amazing especially with the temperature outside. Beds super comfy. Safe easy to use and gave us peace of mind. Mini fridge was excellent to store our water and stuff. TV was good. There wasn't much to eat when we arrived. We didn't see any McDonald's or other shop open that was close. But we did manage to order with deliveroo so we didn't end up hungry. Also, the plug for some reason didn't hold a lot of electricity so my battery pack didn't charge properly but it's small things.

The best thing about our stay was that they provided a microwave as standard in the room and that means I didn’t need to go to the restaurant or search anywhere to heat up milk or food for my baby. Location was not ideal but ok.

Location was good, has a balcony but a bit small, not far from Milano centre on the metro only 5 stops and has some markets and supermarkets around. The sink was a bit gross
