Very small hotel. No reception or place to wait until check-in. One staff member was unfriendly and quite aggressive. He literally told me, “Why do you want to stay here? Leave and find another hotel. Not recommended at all

For the price that we paid for 2 nights we could have stayed at a better place. The pictures on booking do not match the rooms.

There was nothing to like Charged 50 euro for checking in after 8pm even though they have 24 hour staff. Reception very unhelpful when asking about general information eg train stations

The position and staff are cool. The windows were very old and the room was very cold and humid inside. The cover blankets seemed old and a bit dirty. Everything else was clean, but the showerhead was put very high and only a little water was coming out.

The location is very good. The room is relatively big and clean. It is a one star hotel, you can’t expect luxury, only cleanliness. It was clean. It’s necessary to leave the key in the reception every time that you go out, which doesn’t make sense. The receptionist who received me was very rude in the explanation saying that I could keep it but he had a copy anyways, which sounds like a ridiculous answer. It doesn’t give a safe feeling. The street is super loud, if you have problems to sleep bring your earplugs.

Good hotel with an excellent price/service ratio . The room was clean, as was the private bathroom. There is also a floor common bathroom, which was well-maintained and equipped with a large window for ventilation beside the toilet of our quadruple room. The hotel was close to the metro station, which provides easy access to the center of Milan. The man at reception was very kind and helpful, and the service is available 24/24. I recommend this hotel for low-budget trips or groups of friends like us.

Staffs were unprofessional and not polite. After entering the hotel there was a policy of deposit of 50 euro which was not informed and the heater wasn't always open .
