Location and the service. The room is a bit small and the price is high.

It was quiet, convenient and well managed. The bed was really comfortable and the decor is modern and calm. It would have been great to have had a kettle and tea/coffee available in the room. Also, a choice of hard and soft pillows would have been great.

Small room with double sized bed. Located very close to Milano centrale station - hotel perfect for an overnight stay when transittting Room was on small size but perfectly okay for one night

I had a wonderful stay at AV Hotel in Milan. I was travelling with my mum, and it was the perfect place for our one-night stay. The location is excellent—right next to Milan's main train station, making it incredibly convenient, while still being close enough to explore the city easily. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a restful night.

Not very far from the main station; however, it was a bit confusing to find the main door. Breakfast was average with not much choice, but we didn't have time to search for breakfast outside the hotel, so at least some food was available. Very clean and beds were really comfortable. No kettle available. I'm not sure what was on the top floor, as the whole evening and early morning we could hear someone continuously walking in high heels.
