B&B Antico Cortile

The room was clean. We did not like the complicated, multi-step entry system. The elevator and walk way to the room was very small and narrow. The neighborhood was not great if you’re on vacation. All of the rooms open up to one main open space so you can hear people coming and going at all times of day and night. Someone even tried to enter our room while we were sleeping.

Good breakfast. Very close to metro. The host is very nice. The parking lots in the area require that you leave your car keys. There was no problem. Just something to be aware of, in case you prefer not to do it.

The drains smelled when I was there - it seems common across many properties in Milan.

Angela is wonderfully welcoming, gracious, and accommodating. The room is so clean, the bed's perfectly comfortable, her breakfast table incredibly generous, and her touring tips very useful. The metro stop is very close, and provides easy access to Milan's center and other area. The area is safe, but a little sketchy looking. Although the metro is close by, getting to dining destinations beyond metro stops is not easy

You could hear street noise and feel vibrations from the metro running under the street till very late at night, we had problems following sleep.

The room is spacious and comfortable The hosts are kind and welcoming The place is in a district close to the train station, and with the metro station a few meters away Struggled a bit to find the buttons to open the doors when exiting on the ground floor, but that’s about it

Great location!! Right by the M1 and just down the street from the M2. I really enjoyed the hospitality from the owners and staff and had a great breakfast everyday. The owners even let me sit outside on the balcony and drink tea. It felt so much like staying with relatives. I’d highly recommend. I enjoyed my 1 bedroom and bathroom. Both were very clean and had everything I needed.

Great owners and the staff. Very caring, clean, beautiful and soulful. Tasty breakfast with omelet, vegetables and fruit, great coffee ☕️. Water in the room. They were waiting for me for early check in after my morning flight. Good location - few steps from the metro station, 700 m from the train station.

Great location, it’s next to a subway station, not too far from the center. The staff is super friendly, we got a great variety of nutritious food for breakfast. And there’s one more thing I’d like to mention, my friend and me chose the specific room because of the pictures on the wall, the bed sheets and the overall interior. We asked the owner in prior whether we can get the exact same sheets and everything, and even though it’s not easy to manage these arrangements, they did prepare it for us, and we’re super grateful for it! So thank you, we’ll definitely come back if we stay in Milano ? There was no such thing.

Everything about this place was lovely, we had the best of time. The host was super friendly, the breakfast was perfect. The room was clean, and the check-in was easy peasy. I was a bit scared in the neighborhood.

Angela warmly welcomed us, accommodating our early check-in and providing a welcome cappuccino and pastries. Breakfast was beyond amazing! The room was very clean, with a great-sized bathroom and shower. The B&B is a 2-minute walk to the metro station. Angela also gave us advice on places to visit and how to access the spots using the metro. Leaving for the airport from the B&B is simple with a taxi or Uber. The elevator is small, so you may need multiple trips if you have a lot of luggage.

Honestly, there was nothing not to like.

Great staff and location! Trek from parking down the street and up 4 floors was a challenge with all our luggage but staff was great!

Breakfast with service from nice lady. Clean room with everything included. Tiny and slow elevatore to the 4th floor might be difficult who come with big suitcases.

Excellent directions, lovely staff who go above and beyond. Lovely breakfast that filled us up for the day. It was my son's birthday and they even got him a birthday cake in the morning ❤️

The breakfast is nice, and the hosts are very friendly, always trying to assist despite not speaking English. The entrance is inconvenient, and the elevator is very small. Essentially, this B&B is a private apartment with rooms being used as hotel accommodations. While the rooms do have private bathrooms, it still feels more like staying in someone’s home rather than a hotel. It’s positioned as a hotel, but in reality, it’s more akin to an Airbnb than a traditional hotel. Lack of privacy as a result.
