Good for price. Clean and comfy beds

I was unable to use the toilet at around 9:30 AM because it was being cleaned, even though check-out was at 10:00 AM. The shower was also a bit inconvenient, as it took quite a while for the hot water to start running.

Good beds, enough space, clean rooms

The room and bathroom were very clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful! The kitchen area was very stocked and was also very clean. The space was small and simple but very worth the stay. It was a bit of a far walk from the central station so I would recommend taking the metro. The only other thing was there were only 2 bathrooms and a decent amount of people but we never had to wait super long to use it next.

Noisy and not really clean especially bathroom

Beds and decor were nice as well as the bathrooms being large and clean If you are on an exterior facing wall you will hear the car noise even with windows closed on the 13th floor. Keep this in mind. The location was good but also just a bit north. I suppose using the subway was very convenient.

The walls are super thin and people were super noisy on the hallway, so we woke up frequently at all hours of the night.

There was no breakfast. Hot water for shower was inadequate

It wasn’t dirty. It had an unpleasant smell of being over-sanitized, the staff would come into the rooms to clean very early and well before the check out time, not a very social hostel, no lockers in the rooms, the elevator from the ground level to the floor of the hostel was unreliable, hard to find the entrance to the building, I didn’t always find it the safest outside the building when arriving back late at night.

The hostel is extremely clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Both the rooms and common areas were always spotless, which is something I really appreciated during a longer stay. The beds are comfortable, and everything is organized and functional. The location is perfect — very close to the metro and well connected to the city center and Milano Centrale, making it easy to move around Milan. What really makes the difference is the staff: friendly, helpful, and always available if you need anything. They make you feel welcome and at home. Also, it offers excellent value for money and is ideal for short or longer stays. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.

The place is so nice. It is extremely clean and has a good location for Milan, so easy to access with the subway to the place. Staff were so friendly. Best Price/performance. Nothing maybe there can be more bathrooms but it’s still great.

For this type of hostel - 10/10 for its price. The position is strategical, the facilities are super ok. What really made me happy — super clean everywhere, the rooms, but especially the bathrooms and the kitchen, kudos to the cleaning staff!

Immaculately clean at all times, with a pleasant fragrance in the morning after the room has been cleaned. All perfect, area, staff, clear access instructions.
