Up to Seven

That's not an apartment, but just shared room with host with a private entrance! There is hygiene problems! Smell in the room! It's a scam. Exaggerated rating! Too expansive! Description and reality don't match! There is no space neither in the sofa room not in the bathroom! There was hair in the shower, towels got smelly after getting wet! Pillows, mattress and duvet had a smell too. There are not any wardrobe, just racks, no bidet, no terrace, just a shared balcony. Your breakfast will be just packed grocery stuff-croissants, yogurts. You won't be able to use a washing machine yourself, the host askes to handle your laundry to him! You'll hear everything from the next room, whether having dinner, opening tap or supporting Senegal FB team! We had paid 4 night stay, but stayed only one as it was impossible to breathe and function there.

Great place to stay if you looking for bed&breakfast option. Breakfast was good enough (croissants and yogurts for each day, black tea bags and coffee available), location is excellent, metro station in 5 min walk away (about 10 min to Duomo station). Milano Centrale in 10 min walk, area is kinda more quiet and safer in night than opposite central station options. Price is reasonable. Noise isolation was good. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Apartament is little bit small, probably smaller than you can imagine looking at attached photo, however everything you need for few days trip is available.

The owners were very welcoming and helpful throughout. During our stay we left early in the morning and came back 8pm to find the room warm. Breakfast was enough. Served with a lift. No intrusions from neigbors, quiet location and just 3 minutes away from a faultless metro system. The price for 3 nights, it being Milan was attractive. TV had many crisp channels, all in Italian plus Netflix etc. Nothing.... maybe we weren't used to a small shower. Just that.

They over booked and my reservation was cancelled despite my reservation being confirmed by Booking.com. I didn’t learn of the cancellation until I arrived. The property was hard to find. It is not near the Milano Centrale train station as advertised. There was no sign on the street. I went up and down the street to sse if someone knew where “Uo to Seven” was located. No one heard of it. Eventually I found the building but you couldn’t enter through the front gate unless someone let you in. When I buzzed them the did respond despite repeated buzzing. I got in when one of the other tenants (unrelated to Up to Seven) entered. When I arrived at the seventh floor, there were no signs. I knocked on one door, which was the wrong door, and the family who lived there said they thought Up to Seven was across the hall. I rang the door bell repeatedly, but no one answered.I knew someone was there because the TV was blaring. The front door was unlocked and I entered expecting to see a receptionist but instead the only thing I saw was a child sitting on a sofa watching TV and I heard loud voices of a man and women arguing in another room. Eventually child noticed me and called one of the adults, who said they called me to say my reservation was cancelled, despite having received a confirmation from Booking.com. I checked my phone and I had no such call. I was glad to leave but when I tried to exited the building you need a key to open the front gate. I felt trapped and did not want to go up to the seventh floor again. Fortunately another tenant arrived and opened the front gate so I was able to leave (escape).

The location was good. The listing on Booking.com was misleading in several ways. We were expecting a double room, but instead got a small space with a sofa bed that left no room to move once opened. The balcony was shared with the owner, and there was no terrace. Several advertised amenities were missing, such as a bidet, washing machine, dryer, wardrobe, and iron. The towels and linens did not meet hygiene standards. The breakfast consisted only of availabilty of tea/coffee makers with pre-packaged croissants and rusks.

Everything. No fan, but my stay was comfortable.

Location. Although the apartment was very small the pullout bed was very comfortable. Very clean bathroom! Verandah had no space to sit. Very cluttered.

The place is good for two or solo traveller .I love the host his very accommodating.He even did the Laundry for us .He provide anything you need for breakfast.My husband love the croissant so I have to asked often.The place is just few minutes to metro. A lot of bars and restaurants nearby.We felt safe in the place and the area.The place is clean bathroom is nice. The bed.The bed is quite old and sunken in the middle hurts my back.Its a sofa bed.Other than that everything went well .overall we had a pleasant stay.

A size of apartment was just perfect for our trip (2 friends for 2 nights) - it was very small but included everything what we needed - a private bathroom, a microwave, a small fridge, cutlery - even a small balcony full of flowers. The apartment was very clean. Additionally, the owners have had some food and drinks covered (e.g., a few types of tea and coffee, croissants, small packages of Nutella). What is more, the location is an advantage because the property is located in the neighborhood of the subway. And last but not least - the owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful <3 We knew that we could rely on them regardless of hour ;)

Nothing. "Amazing" closet as a room. The tiny bed in which a normal adult cannot fit. In general, an adult cannot fit in this warehouse! Otherwise clean and some facilities for heating food. Breakfast at the basket. I understand that Milan is a fashion city and an expensive city, but not really. Some people's greed knows no bounds.
