Really friendly and lovely staff. The barman was particularly brilliant and extremely attentive. Good air conditioning in the room and a nice selection of food at breakfast. For our tastes the bed was a little hard.

The staff make you welcome straight away. As soon as we walked through the door we were made feel welcome. Checking in was simple, very appreciated after a long train journey, we were also offer an upgrade to a mini suite which was fabulous. The hotel is opulent and recreates a feeling of old fashioned luxury...but with all the required modern facilities...air-conditioning, USB charging sockets, plenty of addition sockets. The decor is fabulous, damsk wall covering, period fixtures harcking back to 1929/30's...and the bathrooms are fabulous showcasing Italian marble...bath was deep..I recommend a dip in the tub. The shower was separate and lined with marble...all very elegant. There are a few tired spots...but overall the hotel is fantastic. If you are looking for a little bit of old style luxury with a modern twist...I recommend visiting. The food offering was a good standard and the breakfast offered a wide selection for every taste. Overall a fantastic place to stay if you find yourself in Milan... It's easy walking distance from the stationnear. Staff are very welcoming...and the hotel is very comfortable. Highly recommend! Special mention to Charlie who made the stay extra special. Not much to dislike at all... great value for money.

Breakfast food was satisfactory. I would have liked to have had real espresso made from ground beans rather than from concentrate.

Each day fresh bed, new cosmetics and towels. When I thought that I lost charger there after check out they told that they will check and asked about address to send. Very nice. Fortunatelly I found it. Bathroom joints could be more clean, and without limescale. Breakfast could be more different each day and more vegetables.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Flavio who worked in the front office was really polite, helped a lot with everything and all other staff was really good. Hotel room had everything what i needed. Breakfast was also amazing. 10/10.
